As a follow-up to collaborative program activities (Co-Management) for grouper snapper fishermen, the Indonesian Marine Conservation Foundation (YKL), Sustainable Fisheries Partnership (SFP) and the Indonesian Demersal Association (ADI) and other stakeholders opened an Integrated Licensing Outlet and Scale Fisherman Skills Training Kecil on Langkai Island, Makassar City on 29-30 September 2023. This activity is in collaboration with the Kitaji Pinisi Indonesia Foundation and other related parties.
This activity is in connection with the implementation of Ministerial Decree No. KP. 33 of 2021, concerning Fishing Log Book, Monitoring on Fishing Vessels and Fish Transporting Vessels, Inspection, Testing and Marking of Fishing Vessels, as well as Management of Fishing Vessel Manning.
